11th Annual Tom Montgomery Roller Hockey Tournament
March 24 thru April 8th
Once again, we are proud to organize an event that welcomes so many children from across the New York - Long Island area into our hometown. This year close to fifty teams in seven age groups will test their hockey skills against their contemporaries as they compete for seven division titles while helping DG raise money for a very worthwhile cause.
Last year’s tournament saw some really exciting hockey action while raising scholarship money. Due to the success of this tournament, The Whitestone Athletic Scholarship Fund has been able to continually award scholarships to the youth of our community. The Whitestone Athletic Scholarship Fund was proud to award the following winners: Edward Johnston, Christine McGrory and Matt Valonoti.
This year we expect to witness the same great competition as was seen in previous Tom Montgomery Tournaments.
